In the Heart of the CBD Meatmaiden is a metlovers haven offering up choice cuts from the smoker and grill. The bar has a diverse line-up of craft beer, a well matched wine list and killer cocktails. On their grill section, they dry-age all our meat for 40 days to achieve maximum flavour and tenderness. Their signature Rangers Valley Wagyu brisket takes up to 20 hours in a custom-built smokers to hit melting point.
